Capture the before state
Record the page, the exact value, the reason for changing it, and the evidence behind the recommendation. Without a before state, later improvement is difficult to prove.
Approve the exact change
People should see the current and proposed values side by side. Approval should apply only to those values—not give a tool open-ended permission to rewrite a website.
Read the public page again
After publishing, retrieve the live page and confirm the intended title, description, structured data, or content is present. If somebody changed the site after approval, stop rather than overwrite newer work.
Measure the outcome honestly
Technical verification can happen immediately. Search impressions, AI mentions, traffic, and conversions need time and suitable data. Report “not enough evidence yet” instead of turning zeros or short windows into a success claim.
